Planned Maintenance Agreement - Comfort Care Plus
With a Merz Comfort Care Plus Planned Maintenance Agreement, our technicians regularly perform the service recommended by the manufacturer to keep your system in the best operating condition for its age. When a problem arises or the system is in need of repair, we make a service recommendation and get your approval before beginning the work. When you join the Merz Comfort Care Plus Plan, you will receive an annual check of your heating and cooling equipment, including filter replacemant and coil cleaning. In addition, you will receive a 15% discount on all future service checks and repairs...not to mention priority status for all service calls.
